2024 Van Alstyne Wine Festival - Presented by Airview AC, Performance Roofing and Painting and KTEN
Grab your friends and head to the Central Social District Park on Saturday April 27, 2024 from 2-6pm for afternoon of fun, food, live music, wine, beer and vendors. Presale tickets are $25 each and include 10 wine tasting tickets, a wristband, and a commemorative glass. Tickets purchased are non-refundable, rain or shine. ID's will be checked prior to receiving a wristband and each ticket bought must pick up their own wristband. Tickets will also be available day of the event for $30 each.

Join the Van Alstyne Merchants in our first annual SALSA SHOWDOWN. Participating merchants will be competing for the title of owning the BEST SALSA recipe by giving samples of their tasty Mexican sauce. This is a free event while supplies last. Visit Van Alstyne's Arroyo's Mexican restaurant to get your free sample of tortilla chips and map of participating merchants to begin your tasty trip around Historic Van Alstyne!

Bring a chair and your family and friends to join us at the Central Social District for a night of FREE Live music from the MARSHALL TUCKER BAND an American Rock Band from Spartanburg South Carolina , noted for incorporating blues, country, and Jazz into eclectic sound and helping establish the "Southern Rock" genre in the early 1970's! This is a FREE family friendly event with food trucks vendors and live music. Coolers are welcome (NO GLASS) and pets are welcome on a leash! Presented by Van Alstyne Parks and Recreation, Airview AC and Tony Miller Construction. Bring a chair and your family and friends to join us at the Central Social District for a night of FREE Live music and from The Frontmen featuring three of the 1990's most recognizable country music voices: Richie McDonald, formerly of Lonestar, Tim Rushlow formerly of Little Texas and Larry Steward of Restless Heart. Their music features legendary harmonies and timeless country classics . We will also do our annual presentation of Honor to a local Van Alstyne Veteran to be named as Van Alstyne's 2024 Hometown Hero in addition the annual Fireworks show will follow the concert at the Central Social District. Van Alstyne releases ‘Sounds of Summer’ lineup

VAN ALSTYNE, Texas (KXII) - On Tuesday, Van Alstyne released the lineup for their ‘Sounds of Summer’ concert series.

According to a Facebook post from Van Alstyne Parks and Recreation, the 2024 concert series will feature rock and country acts in four concerts that will start at 8:00 p.m. at the Central Social District Park.

Here is the Sounds of Summer lineup:

June 15: Marshall Tucker Band

July 2: The Frontmen

August 10: Great White

September 21: Cody Canada and the Departed
