Adon Complete Air Conditioning and Heating is Anna’s local HVAC company. Most contractors serving this area are driving in from McKinney or further south. We’re not. Our office is right here in Anna. Our owner, Jesse Villarreal, has been serving Collin County homeowners for over 27 years, and our technicians run calls in Anna neighborhoods every single day. Whether you’re in an established neighborhood near downtown, a newer community like Liberty Hills, or getting ready to move into Sherley Farms, we know this city and we’re ready to help.
HVAC Services in Anna, TX
Anna is one of the fastest-growing cities in North Texas, and with thousands of new homes coming online, the demand for reliable heating and cooling service has never been higher. Here’s what we offer Anna homeowners:
AC Repair. Fast diagnosis and repair on all makes and models. We’re already in Anna every day, which means getting to you quickly isn’t a problem.
AC Installation. Whether you’re moving into a new build or replacing an aging system, we size every installation correctly using a proper load calculation. All new installations come with up to a 10-year labor warranty.
HVAC Maintenance. Our Adon Care Club is $12 a month and includes two seasonal tune-ups, priority scheduling, repair discounts, and 24/7 emergency access. For Anna homeowners in new construction, getting on a maintenance plan early is one of the best ways to protect your warranty and catch issues before they become expensive.
Mini-Split Installation. Ductless systems work especially well for garages, home offices, bonus rooms, and additions, all of which are common in Anna’s newer construction neighborhoods.
Heat Pump Installation and Repair. Heat pumps provide year-round heating and cooling from one system. A popular option for Anna’s newer builds where energy efficiency matters.
Indoor Air Quality. New construction homes are built tight for energy efficiency, which means less fresh air circulation. Air filtration systems, UV purifiers, and ventilators help keep the air inside your home clean and healthy. We offer a free “What Are You Breathing?” screening to Anna homeowners.
Air Duct Cleaning. Construction dust and debris in ductwork is a real issue in new builds. Professional duct cleaning after move-in is something we recommend for most Anna homeowners in newer communities.
Air Duct Repair and Sealing. Leaky ducts can cost you 20 to 30 percent of your system’s output. We inspect, repair, and seal ductwork throughout Anna and Collin County.
HVAC Services for Anna’s Growing Neighborhoods
Anna’s population grew roughly 177 percent between 2022 and 2023, making it one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. Sherley Farms, a $1.5 billion master-planned community, broke ground in March 2026 and will bring roughly 3,000 new homes to the city over the next several years. Liberty Hills is adding another 1,800 homes near US-75. That’s thousands of new HVAC systems coming online in a city that’s already one of our busiest service areas.
For homeowners in newer construction, the first few years matter most. Builder-installed systems need to be maintained on schedule to keep warranties valid, and new ductwork should be inspected and cleaned after construction is complete. We’ve helped Anna homeowners navigate all of this, and we know exactly what to look for.

Reviews
Am so appreciative of the quality of time and expertise that went into the installation. Beginning with my initial call that was answered on a Saturday night followed by a Sunday consultation and Wednesday installation, Everyone with Adon provided exceptional customer service. The owner is fully involved and truly wants to do a great job for the customer. Am also pleased to support a local business vs a behemoth company where only sales matter. Many thanks to everyone at Adon for their kindness, assistance, professionalism and quality of service.
Frank was fantastic! He made sure we understood everything and answered all questions throughout the entire visit. He went above and beyond to ensure our units were serviced and that everything looked great.

These guys are amazing! Came out same day! Alex was very thorough! Had another company come out first. 7/15/2026 I returned to install the new control board. I tested and cycled the system a couple times to verify it was going to perform correctly. I did not observe any arcing on the new control board. The old control board arced when inserting the 3 amp fuse. I could not replicate after the first occurrence. Also, I showed the client how to operate her new thermostat. Cause for replacement: intermittent failure causing the system to lose 24v Scope of work 1. Access the inside of the furnace 2. Remove all wiring from the control board 3. Remove the control board 4. Mount new control board 5. Rewire the control board back into the system 6. Test the system to ensure proper operation
Upon arrival, I invested the cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor systems. The high pitch noise is from the ECM module on the outdoor fan motor. This noise is from the hertz of the module. This noise can become louder the more strain on the motor. The ducts have a reasonable amount of sheet rock duct present. I investigated the drain to look for signs of sheet rock dust coming out. The drain had a sheet rock slurry in the ptrap. The drain will end up clogging and is more susceptible during the heating season. The sheet rock in the drain tells me that the evaporator coil has it in it. This leaves the system at risk of freezing up and causing potential water damage. I presented pricing for minimal advised repairs, all levels of duct cleaning, and maintenance membership.
Upon arrival, it was discovered that the system had lost 24v volts causing the system to not cool. After evaluating the system, I found that the control board is periodically not passing voltage through the fuse. The fuse was not blown. I noticed that I did not have lights flashing on the control board. I removed the fuse. I inserted the same fuse back into the slot. This caused arcing on the backside of the control board. I attempted to replicate the issue to get video documentation, and I could not replicate it. I called century for pricing and availability for a replacement control board. Client approved replacement of the control board. We are planning on coming back tomorrow afternoon.
Found that compressor was not running. Everything else was. Just turned off breakers and breaker panel for 30 seconds turn breakers back on system is running properly at this time. I checked amp draws on the compressor. I checked start capacitor and I checked return and supply temperatures at air handler. Homeowner will pay $45 service call when signing up for VIP annual service agreement.
No cool on main system. Customer stated that it was frozen yesterday and not cooling. Set thermostat to cool and checked refrigerant pressures. System is very low on refrigerant. We put in 4 lbs last year and it has all leaked out already. System is not under warranty. Customer has home warranty, and is going see if they will replace the unit. If not they will reach back out to us to get a quote for replacement.
During the maintenance visit, I didn’t realize how low the second vent pipe was on both systems. Even with the water going down the secondary, it would be sitting right at the top of the pipe causing air pressure to cause the water to splash out. I replaced these short vent pipes to bring them higher above the secondary drain. I inspected the capacitors to ensure that I did a good job on those. The reason for the return visit is that left the blow out valve off for one of the systems. This cause the drain to act clogged and the water build up splashed out causing some water damage. The issue was reported to the office to be addressed.
Upon arrival, homeowner informed me that the home has never been efficient in cooling or heating. I performed an electronic leak search on both outdoor unit and indoor unit. My electronic leak detector did not hit on outdoor unit. But the electronic leak detector did hit inside air handler at evaporator coil. I have uploaded video of this and homeowner has seen the video after I performed leak search, I put together outdoor unit and put doors back on air handler. Turn system back on and system is running at this time.
Upon arrival, I found the system set to off. I tested the fan on first. It came on without a click indication. I turned the cooling on, and it proceeded to cool without issue. I cycled the system 3 times. I checked refrigerant pressures. This system is charged using super heat. I tested the drains to ensure it was draining properly. I amped the electrical components, and they are within proper range. In a previous visit, the client and I had discussed the thermostat becoming a potential issue. The client has someone that is going to replace it for them likely using a T6. Review notes from June 3rd 2025.
Upon arrival I found that full system needs to be replaced due to age, type of refrigerant. Due to the condition of both outdoor and indoor units I highly recommend replacing full system. Left a voicemail with property supervisor informed them that they need to reach out to the office to speak with our comfort advisor.
