Performed capacitor replacement turbo 200x to keep unit running without issue. Level 3 duct cleaning- entailing removal of dust all duct work and plenums in the house followed up by anti microbial fog through the ducts to kill a bacterial growth, as well as chemical cleaning of evaporator coil and blower wheel to eliminate bacteria inside the system and improve system efficiency. Instead of dryer vent cleaning included in lvl 3 duct cleaning we installed a aprilaire conversion kit to allow the unit to use superior filters to remove more particulate matter from the air and reduce stress on the system overall. Also installed Airscrubber to ionize particles to in air causing them to clump together and get picked up by the filter, As well as kill any bacteria and eliminate odors in the air. Tested system and new components after installation and found everything to be working very well.
Performed single system maintenance on a 2022 gas unit. I tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I did not change the filter today as it had recently been changed. 20x25x1. Temperature across the coil was 77 return and 57 supply. I treated the drain line with total c. I proceeded to the outside unit where I tested all the electrical components on the outside unit. All components tested within manufacturer specifications. I did find the unit to be over amping on start up at over 100 amps. Manufacturer rating is for 94 amps. I also noticed the system didn’t have surge protection. I rinsed the unit with water. Unit was cooling upon departure.
Blower cleaning / hard start kit
Preformed single system cooling maintenance on a 2020 gas system. I tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I also changed out the filter for the client at today’s visit. 20x25x4. I checked for cleanliness of the system. I did notice the ducts did have some dust build up as well as the plenum boxes. I also noticed the clients filtration was not as affective as it could be. I present options to have the ducts cleaned and an Aprilaire conversion kit installed to help improve air quality. Client stated that the mast bedroom wasn’t getting sufficient air flow to it. I adjusted the manual dampers to the best i could to allow more air flow into the master bed room. I did provide estimate to have air balancing done on the entire home to help with this concern. I treated drain lines with total c. I proceeded outside where I tested all electrical components, start and run amps of the compressor. All tested within manufacturer specifica

I performed a single system cooling maintenance on a 2020 gas system. I checked amps, capacitor, filter, electrical, drains, cleanliness, and safeties. I discovered that the blower is in need of cleaning. Cleaning the blower removes added stress that will reduce the life of the motor. The compressor is pulling 75% of its allotted amperage during start up. This wears down the compressor, capacitor, and contactor. I provided options to address these concerns at the time of service.
I performed a single cooling maintenance on a 2017 gas system. I checked amps, capacitors, filter, electrical, drains, and cleanliness. During my thorough evaluation, I noticed a couple areas of concerns. I discovered that the blower capacitor is failing 18.5/20. According to manufacture spec, it needs to stay above 19. The outdoor unit has a reasonable amount of build up present. I would advise a chemical bath to assist in the removal of the debris.
Replaced thermostat with equivalent and programmed thermostat. Tested unit extensively after installing in heating and cooling. Found no issues at his time.
condenser is frozen, will need to return this afternoon between 2pm and 4pm
I performed a heating maintenance on a 2016 heat pump system. I checked amps, capacitors, filter, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. I observed several issues with the system. The indoor needs a thorough cleaning. The evaporator coil has build up present on the back side, the blower motor has build up present, and the ducts are filthy. These issues will cause damage to the blower, evaporator coil, and compressor. Dust is the number one root cause of system failure. The outdoor unit is amping high during start up, the capacitor has failed and no longer guaranteed to work, the contactor is buzzing due to bad contacts, and the condenser fan motor is amping at its maximum amps. Customer did not want options for any of the issues besides the hard start and evaporator cleaning.
