Upon arrival, I found that the suction line going to air handler number six had about 12 inches of armor flex missing on it. This was causing condensation to build up and then drip down the armor flex and onto the ceiling. See videos. I re-insulated suction line and tested drain line, drain line is clear. I also tested safety switch on condensate line, it is functional. System is running properly at this time, and re-insulating that suction line should stop any further water damage to the ceiling.
Upon arrival I found that the contactor on the outdoor unit was bad. I also found that the drain line was clogged. I replaced warranty, contactor and cleared drain line. System is running properly at this time
1 system AC maintenance. Replaced filter provided by customer. Measured amp draw on blower motor. Checked temperature drop across system, 80° return and 60° supply. Checked operation of drain, treated it with drain solution. System does not have safety float switches. Drain pan has a lot of surface rust, recommend replacing it before it rusts through and causes ceiling damage. Went outside to condenser and measured amp draw on compressor and fan motor. Checked capacitor and contactor. Capacitor is very low and could fail any day. Customer approved replacement of capacitor. Tested system after repair. Cleaned condenser coil with water. System is cooling at this time.
Upon arrival we found breaker was tripped due to bad three phase contactor at outdoor unit. Outdoor unit supplies power to the indoor unit. This was causing the thermostat to glitch. Will need to replace three phase contactor inside Lennox outdoor unit. We will need to order this part and return for install.

No cool on zoned single gas system. Set thermostat to cool and indoor blower came on. Checked condenser and only the fan was running. Found that capacitor had failed. Also noticed contactor was pitted and had burn marks around contacts. Customer approved replacing capacitor and contactor. Tested system operation after repair. Both zones opened up and are getting cold air. System is cooling at this time.

Scope of Work • Remove failed ECM blower motor from existing Carrier air handler/furnace • Install new OEM Carrier ECM blower motor • Verify proper wiring, communication, and motor configuration • Test blower operation, airflow, and system performance in both heating and cooling modes • Confirm proper system operation after installation Materials & Equipment • OEM Carrier ECM blower motor • Installation materials and electrical connections as needed Special Notes • Replacement motor is currently in stock, allowing for expedited scheduling once the estimate is approved • A 50% deposit is required to secure the part and schedule the repair • New motor will be programmed or configured as required for compatibility with the existing Carrier system • System will be fully tested after installation to verify proper airflow, static pressure, and heating/cooling performance • If any additional issues are discovered during the repair proc
No cool on single system. Customer stated that when thermostat was set to cooling, the indoor fan would run for about 30 seconds and then shut off. It would continue to do this until it eventually would stay on. Checked voltages at board, thermostat was not dropping out and was sending a constant signal for cooling. Blower motor was get a constant 120v as well. Blower is not staying on continuously in cooling mode. Blower motor will need to be replaced. Furnace is out of warranty. Office will look into part in the morning.
Upon arrival I found that evaporator coil was frozen. This will need to thaw out before I can diagnose what the problem is. Scheduled a time to come back at 8 AM tomorrow morning.
Found bad capacitor at outdoor unit capacitor was swollen. Replaced warranty capacitor tested system. System is cooling properly at this time. Checked drain line drain line is not clogged.
