“My name is Lendon Morris. We live in McKinney, outside the city limits. The blower in the attic was getting rust, and we had the ducts cleaned several times as well as the motor. Instead of waiting another year we had our entire system replaced. So they replaced everything inside and outside and went to a heat pump unit. So that was a major project. And now we’re set to go for probably at least the next five to ten years.

The Savings of a New and Efficient HVAC System
Our old unit was just a standard heating unit. Switching to the new unit and the heat pump has saved us a considerable amount on our electric bill. So that is a noticeable change. During the summer, it was at least 50 dollars to 100 dollars less a month. They also had financing that you could do to pay for the system, and we financed it over six months so that it wasn’t a big hit all at one time.

Every time they come out for a spring checkup and a fall checkup, they take the unit apart. They take pictures of everything to where you see the coils, the blowers, the wiring. So that if there’s a problem, you can see it. And that’s in a report they email to you. They give you 10% or 15% off any repairs you may need as well. But again, it’s just that they’re thorough. Every tech that’s come out (we’ve had several different ones) has done the exact same thing. They’re all nice, pleasant, and polite.
I hate having to spend the money, but with them, at least it’s a good experience!”
