I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Alex. They were willing to price match a quote from another company and Alex went above and way beyond to take care of our system and even trouble shooting an issue that wasn’t his problem. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Additionally, it’s rare to find someone so professional in both their appearance and customer interaction and someone who communicates so well. He really explained everything clearly and you could tell he takes pride in his job and work ethic. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He even honored the agreed upon price even though I know he could have charged us way more for the time he spent. It was so refreshing to meet someone so honest and friendly. Thanks Alex and thanks Adon!!!

We arrived on site to perform a duct cleaning estimate for our client today. We began by inspecting the upflow closet unit. We identify the unit to be from 2003. While inspecting the ductwork, we also took time to test and check the electronic components of the indoor fan blower, the indoor capacitor and we showed our client a burn mark on the furnace control board. Our client mentioned that he is considering selling the home. We mentioned the gas sediment trap and water safety switch that are missing from his HVAC system and may be tagged by home inspector. We proceeded outside as a courtesy to inspect electronic components of the outdoor AC unit. We showed our findings to our client and he requested us to send an estimate for repairs and upgrades. We also sent over the estimate for level one ducting service that includes the additional supply vent ducts.

Arrived on site for a single system heat pump maintenance. Client has new filter ordered and will arrive today. I did not replace the filter today. I tempted to inspect the blower motor and electric strip. I did not want to break the mastic seal on the downflow unit Due to the pet hair that is present with the dogs. Informed my client that I did not test the emergency electric strip heat today, but I did place the unit into test mode to ensure proper function and heat was coming out of all of the supply vents. I proceeded outside to test the Electrical components for heat pump, I tested capacitor, contactor, and clean the outdoor cabinet. Everything passed inspection today. Unit is heating properly departure.

Arrived at our clients home for single system maintenance inspection. Began by testing the blower motor. I also tested and ensure all electric strip heats were on and testing within range. Everything passed inspection today. I also checked the cleanliness of the equipment and saw that the client had been maintaining her filter changes. I did discuss adding a surge protector on her equipment to help protect all electrical components of the unit. Unit is heating properly on departure.

Debrah informed me they currently have 9 units that need to be cleaned with 3/4 units with immediate attention required. We walked the unit(190) and I took pictures and videos of the ductwork. Our client would also like repeat blower cleaning and coil cleaning done yearly to help maintain the unit. We discussed a rough price of about $800 if we could do multiple units in a day. I sent over our current estimates and we have the vendor application to fill out before work is approved and can begin.

I arrived at our clients home for a single system heat maintenance inspection. Our client was unsure of last filter replacement. Our client elected to purchase and install a new filter from us today. It measures 25*20*4 and should be replaced every 3/4 months. I began by cleaning the flame sensor, pressure switch port and filter cabinet. I then proceeded to test the inducer and blower motors for the unit. The blower motor is nearly reaching its max limit of 12 amps. Today it reached 10.95 amps. This is due to the excessive dust accumulated on the blower wheel which is causing the motor to work harder. I showed these readings to our client and she requested an estimate for cleaning the blower assembly. I also included air purification to help maintain the system and improve air quality in the home. I tested and ensured the fire shutoff safeties were all working and the current alert is for the battery on the temp sensor needing to be replaced. Unit is operating properly on departure.

I performed an operational inspection for the heat pump and requested tech support from Carrier. The guidance I received from tech support instructed me to replace the suction pressure sensor. The system finally performed according to specs without any further issues. The customer is pleased with the results.

Perform system maintenance check on a 3 1/2 ton Goodman air handler with an Amana condenser system is from 2021. Everything is clean and operational. There’s a little bacteria debris buildup on top of coil and fan motor on indoor units recommended an ultraviolet air purification system

I installed the new blower control board. The original board was shorted causing the blower to run constantly. I cycled the unit multiple times using heating and the fan on mode. Blower consistently would shut down. The system is fully operational but it could still use the previously mentioned repairs. I still recommend a new airhandler. The emergency pan is heavily rusted and the unit sits in it. The system is full of growth. The replacement of the parts is to try and buy time until the customer is ready for replacement. This job involves removing and replacing a faulty blower control board in an HVAC system to restore proper operation. - power off the system and confirm the board is defective through troubleshooting. - document the wiring, disconnect the old board, and install the new one, ensuring all connections are correct. - After installation, restore power and test the system to confirm the blower works as expected.

After fall maintenance service was performed. Mistakenly connected brown compressor wire to fan side of capacitor. Corrected mistake checked capacitor fan side on capacitor still reading 5.3.Mfd compressor side of capacitor reading 71.2Mfd checked on compressor and fan motor and cycled heating one time to ensure unit running properly as well as risk condensing coil as temperatures were warmer today than yesterday

Outdoor condensing unit coils are clean.
