Adon Complete Air Conditioning and Heating is Anna’s local HVAC company. Most contractors serving this area are driving in from McKinney or further south. We’re not. Our office is right here in Anna. Our owner, Jesse Villarreal, has been serving Collin County homeowners for over 27 years, and our technicians run calls in Anna neighborhoods every single day. Whether you’re in an established neighborhood near downtown, a newer community like Liberty Hills, or getting ready to move into Sherley Farms, we know this city and we’re ready to help.
HVAC Services in Anna, TX
Anna is one of the fastest-growing cities in North Texas, and with thousands of new homes coming online, the demand for reliable heating and cooling service has never been higher. Here’s what we offer Anna homeowners:
AC Repair. Fast diagnosis and repair on all makes and models. We’re already in Anna every day, which means getting to you quickly isn’t a problem.
AC Installation. Whether you’re moving into a new build or replacing an aging system, we size every installation correctly using a proper load calculation. All new installations come with up to a 10-year labor warranty.
HVAC Maintenance. Our Adon Care Club is $12 a month and includes two seasonal tune-ups, priority scheduling, repair discounts, and 24/7 emergency access. For Anna homeowners in new construction, getting on a maintenance plan early is one of the best ways to protect your warranty and catch issues before they become expensive.
Mini-Split Installation. Ductless systems work especially well for garages, home offices, bonus rooms, and additions, all of which are common in Anna’s newer construction neighborhoods.
Heat Pump Installation and Repair. Heat pumps provide year-round heating and cooling from one system. A popular option for Anna’s newer builds where energy efficiency matters.
Indoor Air Quality. New construction homes are built tight for energy efficiency, which means less fresh air circulation. Air filtration systems, UV purifiers, and ventilators help keep the air inside your home clean and healthy. We offer a free “What Are You Breathing?” screening to Anna homeowners.
Air Duct Cleaning. Construction dust and debris in ductwork is a real issue in new builds. Professional duct cleaning after move-in is something we recommend for most Anna homeowners in newer communities.
Air Duct Repair and Sealing. Leaky ducts can cost you 20 to 30 percent of your system’s output. We inspect, repair, and seal ductwork throughout Anna and Collin County.
HVAC Services for Anna’s Growing Neighborhoods
Anna’s population grew roughly 177 percent between 2022 and 2023, making it one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. Sherley Farms, a $1.5 billion master-planned community, broke ground in March 2026 and will bring roughly 3,000 new homes to the city over the next several years. Liberty Hills is adding another 1,800 homes near US-75. That’s thousands of new HVAC systems coming online in a city that’s already one of our busiest service areas.
For homeowners in newer construction, the first few years matter most. Builder-installed systems need to be maintained on schedule to keep warranties valid, and new ductwork should be inspected and cleaned after construction is complete. We’ve helped Anna homeowners navigate all of this, and we know exactly what to look for.

Reviews
Am so appreciative of the quality of time and expertise that went into the installation. Beginning with my initial call that was answered on a Saturday night followed by a Sunday consultation and Wednesday installation, Everyone with Adon provided exceptional customer service. The owner is fully involved and truly wants to do a great job for the customer. Am also pleased to support a local business vs a behemoth company where only sales matter. Many thanks to everyone at Adon for their kindness, assistance, professionalism and quality of service.

HVAC Evaluation & Comfort Assessment Modular Home – Sunroom / Patio Addition During today’s HVAC evaluation, we performed a detailed assessment of the home’s comfort conditions and investigated why the primary HVAC system is struggling to maintain the desired indoor temperature. Existing Home & Sunroom Conditions The residence is a modular home with an enclosed patio/sunroom addition that was constructed adjacent to the original structure. The home’s primary HVAC system was not originally designed or connected to condition the sunroom addition. The sunroom currently does not have a dedicated heating and cooling system. This is especially important because the sunroom has a significant amount of glass exposure: * Three walls of the sunroom consist primarily of windows. * Two major sides of the room have west and south exposure. * These exposures receive a substantial amount of direct sunlight throughout the day. * The large amount of glass allows significant solar heat to enter a
Removed old faulty fan motor. Replaced with oem warranty motor. Powered system on and tested operation. Amp draw on fan motor is within acceptable range. Supply air is 55°. System is cooling at this time.

Arrive for no cool. Customer noticed yesterday that system was not cooling. He said that the fan outside was running but didn’t think the compressor was. Customer powered off unit for a while and when we turned it back on it has been running ever since. Checked capacitor and it was good, we replaced it last year. Measured amp draw on fan motor and compressor. Condenser coil is covered with a layer of dirt and debris. System could have over heated and shut off on high pressure and turned back on once it cooled down. Customer said he is going to clean condenser on his own. System is cooling at this time.
Customer was having issues with water dripping outside from secondary drain line. Primary drain line is clogged up and causing water to drip into secondary drain pan. Cleared drain line using nitrogen and poured water down it to verify it was clear. Customer also had concerns about downstairs not getting cold like upstairs is when they are set on the same temperature. Single zoned system. Found that damper motor for downstairs was stuck closed and would not open. Was able to get it forced open but it will need to be replaced to function properly. System is cooling at this time.
went out to provide an estimate for duct cleaning, located 52 grilles. We will need to come on a Sunday. would need panduit and mastic. Office to work on pricing and email it out.
Customer was having concerns about upstairs zone not cooling off. Downstairs zone is cooling correctly and getting to temperature but upstairs keeps getting hotter. Upstairs thermostat was set to cool. Zone damper for upstairs is closed when it is supposed to be open. Tried opening it with pin, but motor is locked up. Removed motor and manually opened damper to allow upstairs zone to cool temporarily until we can come back and replace motor.
No cool on east side system. Customer noticed that condenser was making a humming sound when it was trying to run. Checked capacitor and it was completely dead. Replaced 40/5 capacitor and tested system after repair. Measured amp draw on on compressor and condenser fan motor. Contactor is still in good condition. Checked supply temperature at floor grill. System is cooling at this time.
No cool on single system house. Indoor blower was running but outside condenser was only making a humming noise. Checked capacitor and it was completely dead. Customer opted for generic capacitor with 30 day warranty. Tested system after repair. Measured amp draw on compressor and fan motor. System is cooling at this time.
No Cool on single system. Indoor blower was running but outside compressor was not. Thermostat was set to cool, but it was 88° in the house. Checked contactor, it is getting 24 V from thermostat as well as 240 V from breaker. Checked capacitor and it was dead. Replace capacitor using generic one. Tested system operation after repair. Measured draw on compressor and fan motor, both are operating within acceptable range. System is cooling at this time.
