Performed single system safety check. I checked amps, electrical, drains, capacitors, refrigerant pipe temperatures, and cleanliness. The customer spoke about the evaporator coil freezing over. He stated that the filter was extremely clogged. He allowed the coil to thaw and turned the unit back on and it runs fine now. I noticed a couple things that warrant some attention. The system currently has a dirty evaporator coil, blower wheel, and condensing coil. This leads to an inefficient and struggling system. These components are the vital organs to the system and without cleaning it will result in failures. I observed that the bearings of the blower motor are extremely worn. I provided pricing for a float switch, all of the listed cleanings, a blower motor replacement, and maintenance membership.
