Performed service check. Was only able to check outdoor as indoor unit access in garage is blocked. Found a few areas of concern, noted in estimates and diagnostic form. Will need to return once path to indoor unit is made.

Arrived and confirmed 15 supply and 2 return flex ducts to clean. House has two air-conditioning units. Confirmed estimate price to start job. Removed All supply and return grills from walls. Cleaned each flex using commercial grade duck cleaning machine. Cleaned supply and return grills and reinstalled. Attached one before and after picture as an example of the cleaning for new customer.
