Perform system maintenance on unit cleaned electronic air filters outdoor condensing coil had laid debris across it rinse coil off for better airflow condensing coils. Notice partial growth across the motor and debris in evaporator coil debris in the evaporator coil causes the lack of airflow, reducing efficiency and causing your compressor to wear a little faster than normal recommending installing APC_X UV light to eliminate continuous growth on fan motor evaporator coil also eliminating dust particles and contaminants inside your home. Also recommending cleaning the evaporator coil while in place to free up more area on the coil for better airflow, efficiency, and to extend the life of your unit.

Emergency Ac Repair. Found out the system was low on Freon and not cooling properly. Performed a leak search and found one leak at the shredder of the suction line at the evap coil leaking. I tightened it with the customer and re checked it with him present and there in no leak present at this time. I charged the system with 4 pounds of Freon and the unit is cooling well at this time. Noticed the capacitor is gust out of the recommended range but we will hold off on that today in hopes of changing it out at the next visit.

11-3-20 (Frank) 1 system heating inspection. Heat pump, heat strips, and cooling all passed (form with pictures included). Cleaned up a few items, used primary drain treatment with approval, Cleaned outdoor contactor, washed outdoor fins, primary air filter, secured insulation on large copper line (indoor and out). ***primary finding is that filter at unit needs to be cleaned more often, this is the first, thinner filter at the Clean Effects (pictured in report). Excess buildup makes the system work harder, and The pressure causes some debris to go “around†the filter and on the coil. Coil already has some debris (pictured). Rebecca Scott said they may address indoor coil cleaning in the springtime.
