Frank was awesome in explaining what was wrong and documented everything with pictures. He was not trying to sell me on everything little thing that could be done, But was helpful in explaining what really was broken and needed to be fixed soon or today. He was honest, respectful, kind and went out of his way to make the experience fantastic. I highly recommend him and his company. I was also extremely pleased and excited that the day I called I got someone out to fix the problem that day. That was impressive.

Am so appreciative of the quality of time and expertise that went into the installation. Beginning with my initial call that was answered on a Saturday night followed by a Sunday consultation and Wednesday installation, Everyone with Adon provided exceptional customer service. The owner is fully involved and truly wants to do a great job for the customer. Am also pleased to support a local business vs a behemoth company where only sales matter. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Alex. They were willing to price match a quote from another company and Alex went above and way beyond to take care of our system and even trouble shooting an issue that wasn’t his problem. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Additionally, it’s rare to find someone so professional in both their appearance and customer interaction and someone who communicates so well. He really explained everything clearly and you could tell he takes pride in his job and work ethic. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He even honored the agreed upon price even though I know he could have charged us way more for the time he spent. It was so refreshing to meet someone so honest and friendly.
