Removing Plenum boxes from 2 individual apartment units and allowing access to for demolition and drywall repair.

Removed plenum box from ceiling support and secured opened duct work closed to prevent dust from entering. Will need to return with small section of 10” and 12” duct to connect compromised pieces tat were saturated with water. Will update estimate for this unit.

Unit 7203 had water damage on the ceiling drywall that needed to be cut out and removed. I was able to remove the mixing supply box that was blocking the drywall. One removed I sealed the duct work to prevent dust from entering ass well as the mixing box. This will help prevent dust from entering into the box. And allow for us to properly recycle and re install the mixing box. we will return mon day to re install the ducts and box as well as us mastic around the connections.
